Part 1: Delivery

1.1 Delivery Options

We offer home delivery of artwork, furniture, and larger objects within Gothenburg and surrounding areas. Alternatively, you may collect your purchase directly from the gallery by appointment.

1.2 Delivery Timeline

Delivery is normally completed within 3–7 working days after purchase, depending on planning and transport availability. For larger or more complex deliveries, timing may vary. You will be contacted with a specific delivery date once your order is confirmed.

1.3 Delivery Costs

Delivery costs depend on location, size, and weight:

Within Gothenburg 500–900 SEK
Outside Gothenburg 45 SEK/km (round trip)
Note: We normally deliver up to approximately 60 km from Gothenburg. For longer distances or outside Sweden, a custom quote will be provided upon request.

1.4 Additional Delivery Services

The base delivery fee covers placement at the entrance level. Additional services are available:
  • Elevator assistance: +300 SEK
  • Stair carrying: +2,000 SEK (requires additional planning and staff)

1.5 Pick-up

You are welcome to collect your purchase directly from Galleri Göteborg by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

1.6 Customer Responsibility

Before delivery, please:
  • Ensure the item fits through doors, staircases, and elevators
  • Provide clear access to the delivery location
Upon delivery, please:
  • Inspect the item immediately
  • Report any transport damage immediately
  • Document damage with photos if necessary

1.7 Delivery & Transport Standards

Delivery is handled according to standard transport industry practices. Galleri Göteborg carefully packages all items to ensure safe transport. For damage caused during transport, we will assist you in filing claims with the carrier.

Part 2: Returns & Conditions

2.1 About Our Products

All items sold at Galleri Göteborg are carefully selected artwork, vintage pieces, or unique design objects. This means:
  • Each item is sold as is
  • Natural signs of age, wear, and restoration are part of the character and authenticity
  • No two items are identical
We encourage all customers to:
  • Visit the gallery when possible to view items in person
  • Ask detailed questions before purchasing
  • Request additional photos or information if needed

2.2 Return Policy

Because our items are vintage and unique, we do not accept returns based on change of mind. Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
  • The item has been significantly misdescribed on our website or in communications
  • The item is damaged during transport

2.3 Reporting Issues

Any issues with your purchase must be reported immediately upon delivery:
  • Contact us with details and photos
  • Provide evidence of the misdescription or damage
  • We will inspect and resolve the issue as quickly as possible

2.4 Damage During Transport

If an item arrives damaged:
  • Document the damage with photos
  • Report immediately
  • We will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion

Part 3: Events & Workshops
