A magnificent carved cabinet by Swedish master craftsman Eugen Höglund, whose workshop in Vetlanda produced some of the most elaborate relief-decorated furniture of the mid-20th century. The richly carved walnut-veneered doors feature figurative and decorative scenes framed in diamond-shaped panels, set upon bold turned baluster legs. A rare and extraordinary collector’s piece.
